About Me

Hi, I'm Radostina, and I understand what it's like to navigate the space between stability and possibility.

I'm a Career & Wellbeing Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Mental Health First Aider. I also work in HR at an international company, where I support talent acquisition, diversity & inclusion, and employee wellbeing. This dual perspective - working within the system while helping people find their path - gives me unique insight into both the corporate world and the personal journey of change.

My name comes from "radost," which means "joy" in many Slavic languages - and joy has become my compass, both in my work and in my life.

As someone who moved abroad and navigated major transitions while building a career, I know firsthand that change doesn't always mean burning it all down. Sometimes it means asking better questions: What if I could feel fulfilled without starting over? What if the answer isn't out there, but in how I show up right here?

I found my own answers through yoga (which taught me to listen to my body), journaling (which helped me track what actually brings me joy), and coaching (which gave me the tools to support others on similar journeys).

Today, I help professionals who are standing at crossroads - whether that's navigating a career transition, moving abroad, or simply feeling the pull toward something more aligned. My work blends Erickson coaching methodology, HR systems knowledge, yoga, and mental health awareness - because real clarity comes when we honor both our practical reality and our deeper truth.

If you're in a period of questioning - whether you're feeling stuck, curious, or simply ready to explore what else might be possible - you don't have to figure it out alone. Together, we'll create space for honest reflection, practical strategy, and the courage to take your next step.
