What To Expect

Individual 1:1 Coaching Sessions

  • Getting to know each other and discussing whether and how we can work together toward your wishes and goals. This 30-minute call is free and no-pressure.

  • Depending on your topic and goals, I offer flexible options - from single sessions to longer-term coaching packages (typically 6-12 sessions).

  • Each session is 60 minutes, conducted online via Zoom or in-person in Cologne. We'll find times that work best for your schedule.

  • Along our journey, we'll schedule brief 15-minute check-ins to ensure we're on the right track and adjust our approach if needed.

  • By the end of our work together, you'll have clarity, confidence, and practical tools to move forward - not just insights, but actionable strategies you can use for life.
