What Is Vinyasa Yoga?

Especially during times of change, transition, or emotional overwhelm, Vinyasa yoga offers a moving meditation to help you release tension, reset your nervous system, and return to your inner center.

In private sessions, I guide you through flows tailored to your pace and how you're feeling that day - blending breath, mindful movement, and grounding techniques that support your body and emotional wellbeing.
